Senior Mechanical Design Engineer:
- Responsible for product design and development.
- Develop products from conception to production, implementing new design, packing and processing technologies for use in electronic power microcircuits.
- This is new product development which includes unique techniques and material processing technologies.
- Phd in Mechanical, Structural, Engineering Mechanics required.
Minimum Software Experience:
